Full-Time Design Assistant
1–3 years of professional experience in residential and/or hospitality interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Studio Designer and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of FF&E specification, custom furniture development, and architectural detailing.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience sourcing furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes, and materials from luxury manufacturers, artisans, and vintage dealers.
Prepare design presentations, finish schedules, specification packages, and client deliverables.
Support project coordination through all design phases, from concept development to installation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, fabricators, and contractors.
Assist with procurement, order tracking, and installation logistics.
Participate in site visits, field measurements, construction meetings, and project installations.
Maintain organized project documentation and material libraries.
Strong graphic communication skills with an elevated eye for layout and presentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for art, architecture, design history, and contemporary culture.

Studio Manager
3–5+ years of experience in a design, architecture, creative, or professional services studio.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities simultaneously.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day studio operations and administrative management.
Support project teams by coordinating schedules, meetings, deadlines, and internal workflows.
Maintain project calendars, consultant contacts, vendor information, and studio documentation.
Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and hospitality.
Assist with consultant agreements, proposals, invoicing, purchase orders, and project budgets.
Oversee procurement coordination, order tracking, deliveries, and installation logistics.
Manage relationships with vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain the studio library, sample inventory, and organization of materials and resources.
Coordinate office operations, supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
Assist with planning and execution of gallery exhibitions, studio events, and publication launches.
Support marketing initiatives by coordinating photography, press requests, portfolio updates, and social media scheduling.
Help onboard new employees and maintain studio policies, systems, and procedures.
Maintain a professional, welcoming studio environment that reflects the firm's design values.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Studio Designer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
